Debate on Employee Free Choice... Let's Get the Facts Right. By now anyone
following the news, reading the paper, or listening to the radio have heard a lot of information - and misinformation
- being given on the EFCA (Employee Free Choice Act). Business groups and Union Avoidance Law Firms have tried to
gain a strong opposition to this issue by giving half truths and evoking emotional responses instead of a rational ones.
